INGREDIENTS
2-3lb. Wings
The Sauce:
1/2c Butter, unsalted
1/2c Texas Pete Hot Sauce
2t Worcestershire Sauce
1t Salt
1t Onion Powder
1t Black Pepper
1t Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375deg. 
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter is melted (don’t boil). 
- Cut off wing tips. Cut wings at mid-joint. Toss wings with 2T oil and some salt. 
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick or coat with oil. Dip wings in sauce and arrange on tray. 
- Cook 20min and then drizzle with more sauce. Cook another 20min. Repeat until sauce is gone. Wings should cook for 60min.
